TENDER DESCRIPTION

Meal and food transport services that are included in Järvi-Saimaan Palvelut Oy’s service agreement shall be provided to the extent specified in the request for tenders’ appendix documents. The targets specified in the request for tenders have been divided into three (3) sub-areas. The Service Provider may bid for all or for one of the sub-areas. The contract does not, in any way, create an obligation for the contracting authority to place a minimum amount of orders. Within a sub-area, the targets are offered at unit prices. The comparison price is calculated using the provided target-specific unit prices and a calculated multiplier. On the tender form, the fields on the yellow background are filled in, on the basis of which the form calculates the comparison price. Other unit prices: In addition, the other unit prices at the end of the tender form shall be completed to the extent that the tenderer has the capacity/equipment. At the clarification meeting, it will be reviewed which prices are included in the contract. Option for other work: additional transport.
