TENDER DESCRIPTION

The meal and food delivery services included in Järvi-Saimaan Palvelut Oy’s service agreement are provided to the extent specified in the appendix documents of the request for tenders. The contract-awarded sites in accordance with the request for tenders have been divided into three (3) sub-areas. The Service Provider may offer all or only one sub-area. The contract does not create any obligation for the Contracting Entity to order a specified quantity. Within a sub-area, the sites are offered using unit prices. The comparison price is calculated using the provided site-specific unit prices and a calculated factor. The fields on the request form on the yellow base are filled in, based on which the form calculates the comparison price. Other unit prices: In addition, the other unit prices at the end of the tender form are filled in to the extent that the tenderer has the capacity/vehicles. During the clarification meeting, it is reviewed which prices are included in the contract. Option for other work: additional transportation.
