TENDER DESCRIPTION

Meal and food deliveries included in Järvi-Saimaan Palvelut Oy’s service agreement, in the scope specified in the appendix documents of the request for tenders. The sites covered by the request for tenders have been divided into three (3) sub-areas. The Service Provider may offer all or any one sub-area. The contract does not create any order obligation for the Client in any respect. Within a sub-area, the sites are offered at unit prices. The comparison price is calculated using the provided site-specific unit prices and a calculated factor. The tender form’s fields located on the yellow background are filled in, on the basis of which the form calculates the comparison price. Other unit prices: In addition, the other unit prices at the end of the tender form shall be filled in to the extent that the tenderer has the capability/equipment. In the clarification meeting, it is reviewed which prices are included in the contract. Option for other work: additional transport. Contract period of the work: The contract period is two (2) years + option periods one + one (1+1) years. The Client decides on the use of the option periods by sub-area.
