TENDER DESCRIPTION

Construction of a sauna building on the shore of Selgjärv using beams from an old hunting lodge. The scope of work includes preparation of the work project and construction of the sauna building in the scope provided for in Appendix 1 - Technical description (preliminary design) of the simplified procurement notice basis documents. Building footprint area 44.7 square metres, with an additional terrace of 30.3 square metres.
