TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the procurement is the maintenance and support services for the security systems of sites administered by the Helsinki Region Environmental Services municipal federation (HSY). In addition, the subject of the procurement includes the development of HSY’s camera surveillance system (Milestone XProtect Corporate) and the implementation of the associated server and user interface components in such a way that the system supports multiple sites, centralized management, and site-specific operational reliability. The service is provided to two units of HSY’s Waste Management: Regional Services and Processing Services. A more detailed description of the maintenance and support service and the implementation of the camera surveillance system’s federation model and the web/mobile service is set out in the attachments Procurement Description (Appendix 6) and Service Description (Appendix 5). One supplier is selected as the contracting party. The estimated start date of the contract is 1.12.2026, and it remains in force for an indefinite period.
