TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the procurement is maintenance and support services for the security systems at sites managed by the Helsinki Region Environmental Services joint municipal authority (HSY). In addition, the subject of the procurement includes the development of HSY’s CCTV surveillance system (Milestone XProtect Corporate) and the implementation of the related server and user interface components so that the system supports multiple sites, centralized management, and site-specific operational reliability. The service is produced for two units of HSY’s Waste Management: Regional and Treatment Services. A more detailed description of the maintenance and support service and the implementation of the CCTV surveillance system’s federation model and web/mobile service is presented in the appendices Procurement Description (Appendix 6) and Service Description (Appendix 5). One tenderer is selected as the contract partner. The estimated start date of the contract is 1.12.2026 and it remains in force until further notice.
