TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the concession is the provision of a mandatory economic public service for providing shelter for abandoned animals (hereinafter: the public service), namely providing assistance, care and accommodation for abandoned animals and carrying out other tasks relating to abandoned animals in accordance with the ZZZiv, regulations issued on the basis thereof, and the municipal decision. The public service comprises, in particular: – receiving reports of abandoned animals, – providing the necessary veterinary assistance to abandoned animals, – ensuring the capture and transport of abandoned animals, – ensuring the accommodation and care of abandoned animals in the shelter, – determining the identity of the animal and searching for caretakers, – notifying caretakers when they are known, – ensuring marking and registration of animals in cases specified by regulations, – taking care of handing over animals to new caretakers, – keeping the prescribed records and – other tasks specified by applicable regulations.
