Description of the subject matter of the contract: The subject matter of the contract is: one-time purchase and delivery of winter tyres for KPR official vehicles. 1. Description of the subject matter of the contract – includes Appendix No 1 to the SWZ. 2. The contract is not divided into parts: The Contracting Authority did not make a division into parts of this procedure because the subject matter of the contract constitutes a single indivisible whole. Moreover, dividing the contract would be unjustified in practical and economic terms and could generate excessive costs of performing the contract, or the need to coordinate the activities of different contractors performing individual parts of the contract could seriously jeopardise the proper performance of the contract;
