TENDER DESCRIPTION

For the Aviation Law Enforcement Service of the Directorate of Special Services of the Police Headquarters: supply of JET A1 gas turbine aircraft fuel for 2 years up to the amount of the available framework: net HUF 300,000,000. Estimated quantity: approx. 760,000 liters. Detailed information regarding ordering and delivery is contained in the technical description and the draft contract. The framework amount will be used in the amount of the actual orders placed. The contracting authority undertakes to call up 70% of the framework amount. Equivalence: Where any part of the procurement documents (including the Technical Description) refers to a thing of a specified make or origin, or to a specific procedure that characterizes the products of a particular economic operator or the services provided by it, or to a trademark, patent, activity, person, type, or specified origin or manufacturing process, then the expression “or equivalent” must also be understood in accordance with Article 46(3) of Government Decree 321/2015.
