TENDER DESCRIPTION

Delivery of JKA 27 mm universal ticket rolls up to the total net framework amount of HUF 9,996,000, consisting of a net HUF 6,997,200 basic amount subject to call-off obligation and a further net HUF 2,998,800 amount not subject to call-off obligation. The calculated quantity for the total net framework amount is approximately 392 ticket rolls (1 roll contains 6,800 ticket slips), as detailed in the technical description and in the Procurement Documents (hereinafter: the Procurement Documents). The ticket rolls must contain security elements (watermark, micro-printing and characters, etc.), which are described in detail in the technical description forming an annex to the Procurement Documents. The calculated quantity data have been determined as assistance for the pricing of the Bidder (hereinafter: the Bidder) and in order to enable comparison of the bids to be submitted by the Bidders (hereinafter: the Bidder), therefore the Contracting Authority (hereinafter: the Contracting Authority) does not assume a call-off obligation for the calculated approximate quantity.
