Joensuun Ellin Kodit Oy (hereinafter also the Contracting Entity) requests tenders for insurance coverage and related services in accordance with this invitation to tender and its appendices. The first insurance period: 1.1.2027-31.12.2027, except for employment accident and occupational disease insurance from 1.4.2027 onwards). After that, the insurance period is the calendar year. During the insurance periods, the contracting entity has the right to re-tender the insurance and transfer the insurance to the winner of the tender competition.
