TENDER DESCRIPTION

It is the task of the Winning Tenderer to collect, cut to transportable size if necessary, remove, and treat waste illegally deposited on properties located in the Nógrád County area, which have various waste identification codes, for the purpose of treatment, and to document the removed waste in accordance with the relevant sections of Act CLXXXV of 2012 on Waste (hereinafter: Waste Act) and its implementing regulations, within a framework contract for work. The net amount of the framework contract: 96,600,000 HUF. The Parties conclude the framework contract for a fixed term from the date of entry into force until December 10, 2026. If the framework amount is exhausted before this date, the contract terminates. The Contracting Authority undertakes ordering obligations up to 70% of the framework amount. The Contracting Authority issues orders per parcel number (or per address if no parcel number is available) for the estimated waste quantity determined in the implementation decisions by technical estimation without expert involvement.
