TENDER DESCRIPTION

Type and scope of the service: The City of Braunschweig plans a comprehensive refurbishment of the school building of Johannes-Selenka-Schule at Inselwall 1A. As part of this, the catering/dining area will be restructured comprehensively. The new teaching kitchen will receive new kitchen equipment including adjustments to the floor plan and the installation of new base/crawlspace service lines (underground services). At a central location, a glass lift will be integrated to create barrier-free access. To construct the ceiling openings, the intermediate floors will be supported using reinforced concrete soffits/underslabs with steel-reinforced concrete beams (steel-reinforced concrete purlins/underslabs). Further measures in the existing building require additional supports and substructure construction works.
