TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. Sub-sector: Construction works - Bids are invited for hourly rates €/hour (VAT 0%) for performing the construction, painting and installation works defined by the Contracting Authority on the territory of Joroinen Municipality on properties owned by the Contracting Authority. The price for the first year is fixed and the price will thereafter be adjusted annually on an index basis in accordance with the invitation to tender. - The hourly work billing of a construction skilled worker includes normal work tasks arising in small building and renovation sites, such as construction and interior finishing work, furniture installation, tiling, masonry and painting works. - The duties of the construction assistant include assisting the construction worker’s tasks, fetching goods, cleaning the construction site, transport and moving goods at the site. A construction assistant may perform clearly defined work entities under guidance (such as for example sheet metal cladding, thermal insulation, etc.). - The contractor must have at its disposal appropriate and sufficient equipment for the efficient performance of the works. - The Contracting Authority does not commit to any annual…
