TENDER DESCRIPTION
Development of the Jósa András Museum as detailed below: Comprehensive development of the existing museum building “A” and “B” buildings as well as demolition of the “C” and “D” buildings. The “A” and “B” buildings are two building sections, but in fact they were integrated during the original construction period and built as one building section using the same technology; the different naming derives from grouping of the different functions (offices and residential units, respectively). The useful floor area of the building under local protection affected by the renovation: 4043 m2 - Plot area: 4695 m² - Built-up floor area: 2560.48 m² - Green area coverage: 527.23 m² - Demolition of building D: 910.16 m² - Demolition of building C: 759.54 m2 - Subsequent injection-based wall insulation works 296 kerm.m2 - High-pressure injection with soil stabilisation 1089 m - Relevant trades: architecture, load-bearing structures, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, fire protection, accessibility improvements, landscaping and site works.
