TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the contract is the conclusion of a framework agreement, the subject of which is to set the conditions for awarding contracts for the purchase and delivery of JP-90 anti-chemical protective kits for the needs of members of the armed forces of the Slovak Republic. The subject of the contract also includes the delivery of a proposal for codification data for the goods that are the subject of the contract in accordance with STANAG 4177 and pursuant to Act No 11/2004 Coll. on defence standardisation, codification and the state verification of the quality of products and services for defence purposes, as amended, and Decree of the Ministry of Defence of the Slovak Republic No 476/2011 Coll. laying down details of the methodology for processing a proposal for codification data, the software equipment for processing proposals for codification data, the proposal for codification data, and the obligations of the product supplier, as amended.
