JPÚ Karlín na Moravě – revitalizace Karlínského potoka

TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this public contract is the preparation of a proposal for simple land adjustments with a plan of common facilities (hereinafter “JPÚ”) in the cadastral area of Karlín na Moravě, including the necessary surveying works in the accuracy class designated for restoration of the land register by Decree No 357/2013 Sb., on the cadastre of real estate (cadastral decree), as amended (hereinafter “cadastral decree”). This concerns JPÚ following complex land adjustments recorded in the land register (KN) on 15.4.2024, where, by agreement with the cadastral office, the scope of the JPÚ perimeter will not be reduced and where it will be necessary to prepare a geometric plan for dividing the watercourse plot within the JPÚ perimeter.
