TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this public contract is the preparation of a design for simple land consolidations (hereinafter referred to as "JPÚ") in the cadastral area of Sněžné na Moravě, including the necessary geodetic works in the accuracy class determined for the renewal of the real estate cadastre by Decree No. 357/2013 Coll., on the real estate cadastre, as amended. The scope of the simple land consolidation will include part of the cadastral area of the municipality of Sněžné, excluding the built-up area of the municipality. The anticipated area of the solved territory is 19 ha in the cadastral area. Within the scope, there are 25 parcels, 8 title sheets, and 11 owners. The choice of the board of representatives will be decided only after agreement with the owners at the initial meeting. The primary goal of the simple land consolidations is mainly the restoration of the pond and the access roads to it.
