TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject matter of this public contract is the preparation of a proposal for simple land consolidation (hereinafter referred to as “JPÚ”) in the cadastral area of Tlučná, including the necessary surveying and geodetic work in the accuracy class designated for the restoration of the real estate cadastre by Decree No 357/2013 Coll., on the real estate cadastre (cadastral decree), as amended (hereinafter referred to as “cadastral decree”). The JPÚ proposal shall be prepared in such a way that it can be entered in the real estate cadastre. The work will serve as a basis for the decision of the land office on the approval of the land consolidation proposal and on the decision on the exchange or transfer of ownership rights. The JPÚ proposal shall be prepared according to the more detailed breakdown that exactly corresponds to the requirements stated in Decree No 13/2014 Coll., on the procedure for carrying out land consolidation and on the requirements for land consolidation proposals, as amended (hereinafter referred to as “Decree No 13/2014 Coll.”).
