TENDER DESCRIPTION
Purchase by the Contracting Authority (CA) within a purchase framework contract, within a net framework amount of 4,022,364 HUF, for products conforming to or equivalent to the technical requirements defined in the supplementary procurement document (KKD) - commercial table - for reagents for miniVIDAS device. The products to be procured and the planned quantity of procurement, which is indicative data, have been recorded by the Contracting Authority in the price table. The Contracting Authority undertakes an obligation to call off 100% of the framework amount depending on the ordered quantity and the unit prices of this quantity. (X) Requirements for the offered product: Requirements for the products to be offered are detailed in the procurement documents. (X) The Tenderer (T) may only offer products that meet the following: - legally marketable in EU member states; - new (factory new, not used, not demo devices); - manufactured according to European Union harmonized standards (or equivalent solutions in case of deviations) and the essential requirements of directives.
