TENDER DESCRIPTION

Purchase by the Contracting Authority (CA) of Agilent 8900 ICP consumables defined in the supplementary procurement document (KKD) - commercial table - compliant with the technical specifications or equivalent products for a net framework amount of 16,493,601 HUF under a sales framework contract. The products to be procured and the planned quantities, which are indicative data, are recorded by the Contracting Authority in the price table. The Contracting Authority commits to the drawdown of 100% of the framework amount based on ordered quantity and unit prices thereof. (X) Requirements for the offered product(s): The requirements for the products to be offered are detailed in the procurement documents. (X) The bidder (BD) may only offer such product(s) that meet the following conditions: - legally marketable in the member states of the European Union; - new (factory new, unused, not demonstration equipment); - manufactured according to the harmonized standards of the European Union (or with equivalent solution in case of deviations) and the essential requirements of the directives.
