TENDER DESCRIPTION

Justizvollzugsanstalt Tonna, new construction of detention for Sicherungsverwahrung. The service of specialist planning in structural engineering planning is being tendered as part of a negotiated procedure with a participation competition for the award of structural engineering planner services pursuant to § 51 HOAI for the performance phases 2 to 6 and special service in Lph 8 (performance levels 1 to 4). For participation in this tender, in the first stage (competition for participation) submission of a participation form (application for participation) with the required information and evidence by the set deadline is required. The best-suited applicants selected at the end of the evaluation of the first stage will become participants in the second stage of the procedure (tendering procedure). In the second stage, the initial tender is then to be submitted. Further negotiations will be held on the initial tender. After submission of the final offers that can no longer be negotiated, the bidders will be invited to make a personal presentation before a jury.
