Justizvollzugsanstalt Tonna, Im Stemker 4, 99958 Tonna, New Construction of Secure Preventive Detention Facility -- The service of specialist planning for technical equipment - wastewater, water and gas systems (KGr 410), heating supply systems (KGr 420), air-handling systems (KGr 430), systems specific to intended use (KGr 470) and other measures (KGr 490) is being tendered under a negotiated procedure with a participation competition for the award of planning services in accordance with § 53 HOAI for performance phases 2 to 8 HOAI (service levels 1 to 4).
