TENDER DESCRIPTION

Maintenance works for the street plan roads, footpaths and pedestrian and cycle routes of the municipality of Juva belonging to the service agreement of Järvi-Saimaan Palvelut Oy, to the extent set out in the tender documents appendix documents. The sites subject to the tender are divided into three (3) maintenance areas. The winter maintenance areas are divided into 2–3 maintenance categories. In addition, the maintenance areas include yard areas and pump station areas. The contractor may bid for all or some of the maintenance areas. The contract does not, in any part, create any obligation for quantities for the contracting authority. Within the maintenance area, the sites are offered on an hourly rate basis. The comparison price is calculated using the provided site-specific hourly rates and a calculated factor/hours multiplier. The fields on the blue background are filled in from the tender form, on the basis of which the form calculates the comparison price.
