TENDER DESCRIPTION
The former Lazarett building in the JVA Bremen consists of two components, of which one part will be demolished and the remaining part will be comprehensively refurbished. All building services installations will be dismantled on site up to the building connections. All newly created wet areas will be supplied with and exhausted by a central ventilation unit. The central unit will be installed in the DG (top floor) of the two-storey building. Air distribution will be carried out from above; fire protection dampers will be provided in the intermediate floor ceilings. In areas accessible to prisoners, air outlets approved for the JVA will be installed. For the painters’ workshop and the painting storage area, a separate exhaust air system will be installed in an explosion-protected design (ex-). The supply of make-up air will be provided via the central unit.
