TENDER DESCRIPTION
The former Lazarett building in the JVA Bremen consists of two structural components: one part is demolished and the remaining part is comprehensively renovated. All building services installations will be dismantled on-site up to the building connection points. All newly to be created wet areas will be supplied with and extracted by a central ventilation unit. The central unit will be installed in the attic (DG) of the two-storey building. The air distribution is from above; fire protection dampers will be provided at the floor ceilings. In areas accessible to prisoners, air outlets with JVA approval will be installed. For the painters’ workshop and the painters’ store, a separate exhaust air system will be installed in an ex-protected design. The supply air will be provided via the central unit.
