TENDER DESCRIPTION

The State of Baden-Württemberg, represented by the State Enterprise for Property and Construction (Landesbetrieb Vermögen und Bau), Ravensburg Office, intends to build a new heating plant on the premises of the Justizvollzugsanstalt Ravensburg (Ravensburg Prison), Hinzistobel 34, 88212 Ravensburg, in connection with the conversion and extension of the electricity and heat supply. For the generation of heat, the heat source within and outside the premises of the JVA Ravensburg is to be developed using a total of 77 boreholes for ground source heat (earth probe boreholes), each with a depth of 160 m (approx. 12,300 lfm).
