TENDER DESCRIPTION
As part of the overall project, installation and assembly work in technical plant engineering must be carried out. Before the start of shell construction, existing gas, water, and district heating pipelines must be relocated to clear the construction site for the excavation of the foundation pit. After completion of the building shell, the following services are to be provided in the areas of heating, ventilation, and sanitation: CPV 410 - Wastewater, water and gas systems: - Minor installations - Relocation of gas and water pipeline routes CPV 420 - Heat supply systems: - Installation of two brine/water heat pumps with a total output of 900 kW - Installation of two wood-chip boilers with a total output of 2,500 kW - Installation of two flue gas chimneys with a total height of 18 m and flue gas guidance - Installation of a wall-mounted slewing crane for the boiler house - Installation of conveying technology for feeding the two wood-chip boilers - Installation of two buffer tanks with a total volume of 70 m³ - Installation of two cooling towers with a total capacity of 1,000 kW - Installation of three air/water heat pumps with a total output of 50 kW for building cooling -…
