TENDER DESCRIPTION

Jyväskylän Seudun Puhdistamo Oy will commission a framework agreement for construction, HVAC, mechanical equipment and piping works related to wastewater treatment plants for the periods 2026-2028 (+ option 2028–2030). The framework agreement and its scope of tasks are divided into five sub-areas: - Sub-area 1: Building construction works - Sub-area 2: Earthworks - Sub-area 3: HVAC works - Sub-area 4: Electrical works - Sub-area 5: Mechanical equipment and piping works The contents of the framework agreement and the tasks included in the sub-areas are described in more detail in the tender documents. The tenderer may submit an offer for one or more sub-areas.
