K26109 - Part 1: Procurement and delivery of 1,100-liter metal waste collection containers up to a net framework budget of HUF 27,960,410 as follows: The contracting authority undertakes to place orders amounting to 70% of the framework budget. Indicative quantity: 143 pcs. Indicative quantity per order: 10 pcs. The exact description of containers to be delivered by the winning tenderer is contained in the technical description and Annex 1/a (price list) annexed to the procurement documents. Delivery deadline: The Seller must deliver the products ordered by individual orders to the Buyer within 60 working days (penalty deadline) from the first working day following the day the written order was sent by the Buyer. Products will be called off according to individual orders sent by the contracting authority; the detailed rules are contained in the draft purchase framework agreement issued as part of the procedure. The contracting authority accepts early performance. The quantities given in Annex 1/a (price list) were determined based on previous usage experience for 24 months, so-called experience quantities.
