TENDER DESCRIPTION

Under the framework contract, the successful tenderer’s task is to prepare, from among the 19 boilers covered by the procedure, the boilers selected by the contracting authority for periodic inspections, which involve external, internal, and strength authority tests carried out at defined cycle intervals, for which the boilers must be prepared in advance—depending on the type of inspection due. After preparation for inspection, but before the authority inspection begins, it is necessary to assess the condition of the boiler brickwork, structural elements and components, and to repair them as necessary in order to ensure compliance with the authority requirements. In the Price Schedule, the Tenderer has displayed the expected quantities of the items for information purposes only; they serve exclusively to make the tenders comparable. The contracting authority awards a framework contract with the successful tenderer for a period of 24 months and a framework amount of 100.000.000,- Ft. The contracting authority undertakes to place call-offs up to 70% of the framework amount.
