TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contracting authority requests an offer for the following entity (A+B) to be implemented for all locations: A. Property broadband Internet connections for use by residents, shared facilities, and building automation. B. Property cable TV connections and services for use by residents and shared facilities. The supplier must offer a single entity. Partial tenders are not accepted. Alternative tenders are not accepted. Parallel tenders are not accepted. The procurement has not been divided into lots, as the procurement works are considered to form a single entity, the division of which into lots by the contracting authority would be inappropriate for technical and financial reasons (Act on Public Contracts and Concession Contracts 1397/2016, Section 75). More detailed information on the entity in question and the tender requirements can be found in Appendix 1 to the tender request, which sets out the minimum and quality requirements for the services to be provided.
