TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contracting entity requests a tender for the following package (A+B) implemented for all sites: A. Broadband Internet connections for use by residents, common areas and building automation. B. Cable TV connections and services for use by residents and common areas. The supplier must offer the package as a whole. Partial tenders are not accepted. Alternative tenders are not accepted. Parallel tenders are not accepted. The procurement has not been divided into parts, as the work involved in the procurement is considered to form a single entity, and dividing it into parts by the contracting entity would be inappropriate for technical and financial reasons (Act on Public Contracts and Concession Contracts 1397/2016, Section 75).
