TENDER DESCRIPTION

The City of Lohja requests tenders for the services of a planning architect (or another planner). The services include, for example, planning consultation and producing planning materials (planning map design, drawing, planning statement, impact assessment, responses) as well as reference plans, plan outlines, visualisations, and 3D reviews. The services also include partial work packages carried out as hourly work, for example a particular phase of the planning process. The City of Lohja has several ongoing general and detailed zoning plans (master plans) and other land-use planning projects. The projects are located mainly in the ribbon-city area. In addition, planning for the West Rail Station area is underway in the city. First and foremost, one person is sought who has support of at most two subcontractors/assistants. The education of the person offered for the assignment may be an architect, landscape architect, or another higher university degree in urban planning, and the provider must have the qualifications of a plan-drafter as referred to in the Act on the Use of Land (former Land Use and Building Act).
