TENDER DESCRIPTION

The City of Espoo (hereinafter also the Contracting Authority) requests tenders for rented coffee vending machines and the related overall service. The overall service includes the machines and their installation, regular maintenance and upkeep, scheduled maintenance, consumption-based refills and deliveries of raw materials, as well as hygiene services and spare parts. In addition, the overall service must include a warranty covering the entire contract period for the entire device, including breakdown repairs, spare parts and travel expenses. A more detailed description of the subject matter of the procurement is provided in Appendix 1 of the request for tenders: “Description of the subject matter of the procurement”. The estimated total value of the procurement excluding value added tax is EUR 900,000. Based on the tender competition, the City of Espoo selects one (1) supplier and one (1) substitute supplier.
