TENDER DESCRIPTION

The City of Espoo (hereinafter also the Contracting Authority) requests tenders for rented coffee vending machines and the related comprehensive service. The comprehensive service includes the machines and their installation, regular maintenance and upkeep, scheduled servicing, refills based on consumption and deliveries of raw materials, as well as hygiene services and spare parts. In addition, the comprehensive service must include a guarantee covering the entire contract term for the whole device, including fault servicing, spare parts and travel costs. A more detailed description of the subject matter of the procurement is provided in Appendix 1 of the tender request: “Description of the subject matter of the procurement”. The estimated total value of the procurement excluding value added tax is EUR 900,000. Based on the competitive tendering, the City of Espoo selects one (1) supplier and one (1) standby supplier.
