TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Contractor selected by DEPA, under this tender, for the insurance of fixed assets/mechanical damages/loss of profits and risks of third party liability and terrorism, will provide insurance policies of specific content and wording, the framework of which has already been prescribed by DEPA and are described in this tender document (Annex 1). It is clarified that the insurance policy may include, apart from the text of Annex 1, the general terms governing the contracts of the competing Insurance Company, provided that a declaration is included in the insurance policy stating that such general terms concern only general issues governing the insurance contract and do not in any way conflict with the general and specific terms of tender no. 1180/26/DP. Furthermore, since the insurance policy texts are in English, DEPA explicitly and unreservedly declares that it agrees the terms of the insurance policy to be drafted in English, which it fully knows and understands, and furthermore declares acceptance and commitment to these terms.
