The procurement includes the work under the ventilation contract for the construction of the Kaivokselan school repair and alterations project in accordance with the contract estimate documents. The ventilation contract is a subcontract assigned to the main contract. The work is carried out in accordance with the plans commissioned by the contracting authority. The construction contractor acts as the main contractor for the site and as the contractor responsible for managing the site. For the contracting authority’s names, subcontractors and the contracting authority’s separate procurements are competed separately. The subcontractors are assigned to (subordinated to) the main contract. The offer is submitted on the basis of the request for tender materials.
