The procurement comprises work under the ventilation contract for the construction of the Kaivokselan School repair and alterations project in accordance with the contract bill of quantities tender documents. The ventilation contract is a subcontract subordinate to the main contract. The work will be carried out in accordance with the plans commissioned by the contracting authority. The building contractor acts as the main contractor on the site and as the contractor responsible for site management. For the contracting authority’s name, subcontractors and the contracting authority’s separate procurements are tendered separately. The subcontractors are subordinated to the main contract.
