The procurement includes the plumbing works for the construction of the Kaivokselan School renovation and alterations project in accordance with the tender bill of quantities documents. The plumbing works are a subcontract assigned under the main contract. The work will be carried out according to the plans commissioned and prepared by the contracting authority. The construction contractor acts as the principal contractor for the site and as the contractor responsible for site management.
