TENDER DESCRIPTION

The procurement comprises the construction contract / main contract works for the Kaivokselan School refurbishment project in accordance with the tendering documents. The work will be carried out according to plans prepared by the contracting authority. The construction contractor acts as the main contractor. The contracting authority procures the main contract by means of subcontracted subcontracts to be assigned, namely plumbing, ventilation, electrical and building automation subcontract packages. The construction contractor also acts as the principal implementing contractor for the contract during the project and as the contractor responsible for site management obligations and site services. The tender competition is carried out by an open procedure. In the request for tenders, the contracting authority has specified the eligibility / suitability requirements to be met by the tenderer. The contractor that submits the lowest-priced (comparison price) tender and meets the eligibility requirements is selected as the main contractor.
