By means of the corrigendum dated 15.9.2026, the contracting authority has clarified the applicability requirements for company references. No other changes were made to the contract notice by means of the corrigendum. The procurement comprises the construction works / main contract works for the Kaivokselan School basic improvement project in accordance with the tender calculation documents. The works shall be carried out in accordance with the plans prepared by the contracting authority. The construction contractor acts as the main contractor. The contracting authority procures, as subcontracted works subordinated to the main contract, the plumbing, ventilation, electrical and building automation contracting works. The construction contractor also acts as the principal implementer for the project during the contract term and as the contractor responsible for the site’s management obligations and site services.
