TENDER DESCRIPTION

Framework agreement for small electrical works in the City of Kalajoki for the period 1.1.2027 - 31.12.2029. Under the framework agreement, the City of Kalajoki purchases electrical works on a time-and-materials basis, for a fixed total price, or via an abbreviated competition, the so-called mini-competition. The tasks are not specified at this stage; instead, they are defined and a contract/order is made separately each time. The contractor acts as the main contractor required by legislation on the worksite and as the principal contractor referred to in the legislation, unless this is otherwise changed in the contract documents in the internal competition under the framework agreement. The undersigned contractor undertakes to carry out the electrical works in writing ordered by the contracting authority in the years 2027–2029 (contract period 1.1.2027 - 31.12.2029) in return for the contracting authority reimbursing the contractor for the costs caused by achieving the agreed result of work in the manner described below.
