TENDER DESCRIPTION

Framework agreement arrangement for small HVAC (heating, ventilation and air conditioning) works in the City of Kalajoki for the period 1.1.2027 - 31.12.2029. By means of this framework agreement arrangement, the City of Kalajoki purchases HVAC works as time-and-materials (costs billed according to work performed), at a fixed total price, or through a so-called mini-competition with a lightened procedure. The tasks are not specified at this stage; instead, they are defined and a contract/order is made for each matter separately. The contractor acts on site as the main contractor required by law and as the party responsible for implementation as referred to in the legislation, unless this is separately changed in the procurement documentation in the lightened competition within the framework agreement. The undersigned contractor commits to carry out the HVAC works for which the client has given written orders in the years 2027–2029 (contract period 1.1.2027 - 31.12.2029), in consideration of which the client will reimburse the contractor for the costs incurred in achieving the agreed result of work in the manner described below.
