TENDER DESCRIPTION

Framework contract arrangement for small construction works in the City of Kalajoki for the period 1.1.2027 - 31.12.2029. Under the framework arrangement, the City of Kalajoki purchases construction works either as invoicing work, at a fixed total price, or through an accelerated competition, i.e. so-called mini-competition. The tasks are not specified at this stage; instead, they are defined and a contract/order is made for each case separately. The contractor acts on the site as the main contractor required by legislation and as the main implementer as referred to in the legislation, unless otherwise amended in the internal competition within the framework agreement specifically by the contract documents. The undersigned contractor undertakes to carry out in writing the construction works ordered by the client during the years 2027–2029 (contract period 1.1.2027 - 31.12.2029) in return for the client reimbursing the contractor for the costs incurred in achieving the agreed result of work, in the manner described below.
