The Joint Authority for Education in the Jokilaakso Region is putting out to tender the installation of a new passenger lift for the main building at Kalajoki Opintie 2. The procurement forms part of a larger overall project, to be carried out mainly as student work. The tender request includes the lift’s technical specifications and the architect’s plan for submitting the tender. Persons working on the construction site must have VALTTI cards before work begins. Implementation schedule: The preliminary installation date is week 46/2026. The exact date will be agreed between the lift supplier and the contracting authority. Payment instalments will be agreed upon in connection with the order. Fee structure and expense compensation: The tender must be submitted as a total price excluding tax (VAT 0%). The price must include all labour and material costs as well as the delivery of the goods and the equipment related to installation. For possible additional work: Hourly wage €/hour VAT 0%.
