TENDER DESCRIPTION
The contract includes renovation, refurbishment, extensions and new construction within the property Kålltorp 65:4. The object consists of an existing school facility with a total floor area (LOA) of approximately 11,230 m². Teaching for lower secondary school (grades 7–9) and a special needs school (grades F–9) are carried out within the facility and will continue during the contract period. Existing buildings The existing school facility consists of four buildings: • Building A: Main building with classrooms and other school premises. • Building B: Sports building. • Building C: Building with a central kitchen, dining hall and craft workshops. • Building D: Storage building.
