TENDER DESCRIPTION
Description of the service: The House of Photography (South Hall) in the Deichtorhallen Hamburg is undergoing comprehensive renovation and reconstruction. As part of the construction project, the refurbishment of the South Deichtorhalle, which is under historic preservation, as well as the adjacent former market cellar, will be carried out. The building extends over 2 floors (ground floor and 1st upper floor) plus the basement, which on the west side will be expanded by parts of the old market cellar (last partial use was an underground car park). The cooling systems will be installed in the basement of the Deichtorhallen. A position for the cooling tower is planned outdoors. This is located below ground level and protected by a grid. The distribution of cooling refers only to the exhibition and storage rooms. The cooling systems for the gastronomy area are separately tendered.
