TENDER DESCRIPTION
Description of the service: The House of Photography (South Hall) in the Deichtorhallen Hamburg is being comprehensively renovated and rebuilt. As part of the construction work, the conversion of the South Deichtorhalle, which is a listed building, as well as the adjacent former market cellar, will be carried out. The building extends over 2 floors (ground floor and first floor) plus the basement floor, which is to be extended on the west side by parts of the old market cellar (last partial use as underground car park). The cooling systems will be installed in the basement of the Deichtorhallen. A position outdoors is planned for the condenser. This is located below ground level and is protected by a grille. The cooling distribution refers only to the exhibition and storage rooms. The cooling systems for the catering area are tendered separately.
