TENDER DESCRIPTION

The municipality of Buggingen is expanding and renovating the Grundschule in Wilhelm-Ritter-Straße 3, 79426 Buggingen. This includes a two-storey extension without a basement in an L-shape (approx. 9,400 m³ BRI) with care rooms, a cafeteria with kitchen, classrooms and a technical central. In this lot, refrigeration generation for the new-build will be installed retroactively, but still during the construction phase. The scope of performance includes: - Delivery and installation of an air-cooled chiller unit (refrigerant R 290, approx. 56 kW cooling capacity) with hydraulic module on the flat roof, including crane - Heat exchangers (55 kW), cold energy storage (2,000 l), pumps, fittings and climate meters - Steel pipework (DN 15-65) and cold insulation (inside Armaflex, outside with sheet metal cladding) - Connection to the cooling registers of the ventilation units and to the underfloor heating system (area cooling) - Connection to the building management system via Modbus and coordination with the GLT and heating trades - Commissioning, balancing, revision documentation and registration with the grid operator - Full maintenance for 4 years (included in the evaluation) The work…
